I am NOT being INVESTIGATED by Medicare as per incorrect recent media rubbish. I am not being accused of frauding or false claiming anything from Medicare and this garbage hurts innocent people.
If I was being chased by Medicare do you honestly think they would allow me to be one of only 43 people in Australia to remain on this website link which is an OFFICIAL MEDICARE AUSTRALIA website?
Please also refer to the attached letter as to why legal action is NOT being taken against these so call journalists who obviously write stories before they check facts.
Unfortunately, competitors to the businesses I was previously associated with could not compete honestly and had to resort to hurtful underhanded and unethical tactics to gain business growth. One of the competitors, Aged Foot Care Australia is run by Ron and Damien James who were found to owe me $152,000 by the liquidator of Aged foot Care in 2006.
This money was NEVER repaid and many other staff were owed money as well. Please refer to the liquidators report.
